Smaller earth

It probably means I'm visiting too many forums with religious wacko's 'cause when I saw the headline that the earth was smaller than we previously thought I was imagining the fundies replies that science can't get anything right so their god hypotheses must be right (as stupid as that sounds it is exactly how they see it)
But the difference is only 5 millimeters, that's about the width of this 'm' on your screen, science is awesome!

Much needed vacation

One more week of work and then 3 weeks off!!! Looking forward to it.

Side question.  Why do car manufacturers keep putting those holders for glasses in the glove compartment?
I have never had a pair of glasses that fit in one of those and I used to need glasses before my laser surgery.
